At Wild Within Bakery, every loaf, roll, and spread is handmade in small batches using fresh, perishable ingredients.
Because of the nature of baked goods and food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has been picked up, shipped, or delivered.
Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
No Returns or Exchanges
All of our products are made to order and considered perishable food items.
For this reason, we do not accept returns, and we cannot resell or redistribute any returned food items for health and safety reasons.
Order Issues or Damaged Products
If your order arrives incorrect, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at [your email or phone number] with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
We’ll do everything we can to make it right — including issuing a replacement or store credit if applicable.
Shipping & Delivery Responsibility
Once your order leaves our bakery and is in the care of our shipping carrier or delivery partner, we are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by weather, carrier handling, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase if they have not yet been baked or prepared.
Once production has started, we’re unable to cancel or refund the order.
